Direct Impact

Built brick-by-brick in Negombo

We construct physical, free-access libraries for marginalized widows and orphans. No institutional overhead, just real timber, brick, and books.

Sourcing local materials

Community construction

Cataloging and opening

We purchase timber, cement, and bricks directly from Negombo merchants to keep transport costs at zero and support the local economy.

Local widows and volunteers lead the physical assembly, laying bricks and raising rafters to build a safe, shared community space.

Every donated book is hand-cataloged. We open the doors immediately, providing a quiet, secure room for local orphans to study.

Local Leadership

Widow-led sanctuary spaces

Our libraries are managed directly by local widows, offering them purposeful roles and a safe haven. These rooms serve as quiet sanctuaries where orphans study and find mentorship.

Put books on shelves

Every donation directly funds physical books, timber, and construction materials. We will show you the exact shelf your contribution built.
